If I ever stop redesigning Firestar, that will be the day I die.In the last few years I've done a few drawings of Fire-whomstever, but this was a really fun design challenge to do. I loved trying to draw him out as he aged, playing with eye scale and fur shape mostly, while trying to keep him looking consistent. I wanted to include this in my portfolio but I'm not super sure that I should considering he's a copyrighted character >.>
I also have Graystripe and Ravenpaw sketched out, maybe to finish one day, but Firestar definitely looked the best, which is why he's the only one Finished.

one artist i really love (i'm spacing on their username ;-; ) has a great firestar design where he's like, 100% floof...but i love to picture his "Rusty" days as a thin little kit with no poof!! so i had to find a way to combine maximum and minimum fluff
