I don't know exactly how to explain my question- but "How do you get your colors to be so soft?" Like... my cell shading makes stuff look very sharp. But it's not even the shading or the way you color change, but the color itself- the white is soft, but so is the black... HOOOWWW?!

Hopefully i understood your question, i use the pressure opacity brush which i could love all over erry day, it's by far my favourite and gives such a wonderful soft effect, here i think i also used the airbrush
Yeah i hate sharp so i tend to overcompensate ahah
Also if you want a truly soft look try duplicating your line layer and then blurring it c:
