You may have seen this on Eurobricks or The Three Virtues podcast. And now it's here!
So, if you're a Hero Factory fan, then I'm sure you've noticed Stringer and Nex's strange absence from the series. So where did they go? I think my statement on Eurobricks covers it well enough:Β they've simply joined up with Valor, Thresher and Von Ness 2.0 on galactic, crime-fighting escapades of course!
Will I do anything with this concept?

Von Ness 2.0... I just thought it'd be a neat idea if the Hero Factory decided to re-make Von Ness and fix all the problems that him... Y'know. Evil.

That's an interesting concept.. his system can be rewritten, and he can go out and be a regular ol' Hero again!Β
He still looks pretty evil. Must be his mask. Or, y'know, the spikes. Spiky evilness of evil.
I like the idea of Nex and Stringer being on their own little team, fighting crime, putting out fires, keeping the galaxy safe while Alpha Team goofs around and gets tacos

Cool drawing, I'd like to see some of these characters reappear as sets. Why couldn't Bulk vs. Vapor be Thresher vs. Vapor?

It pretty much was considering Thresher and that particular Bulk use the same design. Aside from the green, that is.
Still easy enough to picture him as Thresher, though.

They should make real non-combiner sets out of Valor and Thresher.

Those are two of the the four likeable characters! So we need three of every other character now! Did they get rid of them because their breakout sets didn't sell well? Maybe you shouldn't of made the sets so bad! Ok done talking to lego.I really like that Lucas valor is not an abomination like the combiner and actually pretty cool.
