okay.... i am very serious about this oc! i have about 20 sketches of her. so.. these are her parents , around the time she was born.

Name: Kira Tsukiokami
Last Name Meaning: MoonWolf

Personality:
Kira gets most of her personalitly from her father. She is a Hrad working, Oblivious Daredevil. She can be a little shy sometimes ( that comes from her mother). She has a Firey Personality. Although she doesn't have anger issues. But , Most of the time... That is what gets her into trouble.

Bio: Her Motherdied when she was seven. Her dad moves o n in shippuden. Her dad has some Trouble rasing kira.. because of 'Girl Problems' like how ino bullies her , or when she doesn't seem to fit in. But Kiba , her best friend since the academy , knows her like the back of his hand. He has a huge crush on her. But , of course she doesn't notice. She never really thought of kiba as something more than a best friend. Kiba tried to tell her four times but got 'interuppted' by his friends. Kira's best 'girl' friend is tenten. they hang out a lot , but not as much as her and kiba. Kira's rival is ino.
Kiba loves kira for her fiery passion ( no , she's not like lee more like naruto) she has the power of her clan. She can turn into a wolf the angrier she gets. Although it has great risks turning into a full wolf. She loses chakra four times faster than normal.
