I read a yaoi fan fiction, where Naruto proclaimed, that if he was to be killed, Sasuke would go all `avenger boy`on them. That´s basically where the idea came from.

I personally find the idea of super hero sasuke uchiha rather hilarious, but that´s for you to decide.
