'Twas done for a b-day prez for one of my friends--she and I like the awkward turtle, as does like everyone I know. It became a trendy thing here xD. We also included him in a flash animation we made a few months ago (not uploaded to DA...because....of its oddness XD). I also included a character from said animation on the balloon.
The cuteness overwhelms me.
I know that the anatomy's off in places, but I don't care XD. I think, for this pic, I was inspired slightly by Squirt from Finding Nemo, becuase...let's face it. You can't draw a cute turtle and NOT be inspired by Squirt. He's like the king of cute turtles 8D.Not shaded cuz I don't have time

Any chance you can do a cloud tutorial? I've always envied your ability to do that. My clouds keep coming out like albino feces x_x Pleasant image, yah, but it should only reinforce your desire to help a struggling artist!

But for there clouds...I did like nada for them XD. I first laid down a gradient sky, and then I just used a solid brush to make the outline, then used a low opacity soft eraser and made them kinda diffuse out into the gradiet sky x3.
