Uhhhh..... Neither leafeon or Flareon can learn electric type moves unless you mean the lightning ball seals or something :/

yeah, i used TM on them >w< one of them uses thunder and the other one - thunderbolt. For more info look at my PKMN COORDINATOR app. in the description >w<
