This is a great collection of faces! I think that making each of your characters distinct is a pretty good idea! You've done a good job with them. Many of the differences are subtle but clear.
Still, don't get caught up in too many details. Many of the similarities are caused by your personal style. If you wanted to make them realistically different, you might as well draw them in photo-realism. Also, the face is only a small part of who the characters are. Other factors are body shape, mannerisms, personalities, etc. So, try thinking of how their features will be used even while drawing them with a straight face.
Another thing I noticed is that the arrangement of their eyes in relation to their noses and mouths can be adjusted further, if you want. Some people have closer eyes than others.
One fun exercise is drawing your characters as caricatures (sort of having fun with their features). Make them look as goofy as possible. Sometimes, that helps me focus on first impressions and general presence rather than the tedious details.
Anyway, sorry for the long comment. These are wonderful character portraits!

I think that before designing the face, you may try to design first the whole silouette. Even if your charatcers look like each other, two different silhouette will give them very different temperament (think about luigi and mario, for exemple). It's very important to be able to recognise a charatcer by his shadow.
Then, for the face, try to draw your characters without their hair, that's a very good test to see if they look like each other too much !
I love Tellou the most, because he's got some important element in his silouette, clothing and facial expression that make his directly identifiable (little round glasses, earing, chin , proud and tall posture). We, readers, already know :" OK, this is a cool character"
Eyes shape are also very important, because this is where the "soul" of your charatcer belongs. The guy with the glasses and the goaty has a very interesting gaze !

Chin-wise I try to make differences, but I haven't thought about the cheek area yet, thanks! 83

I think you've done a decent job, they all look different to me. Seems like everyone has a different nose and face shape combination, I'm a fan. I wish I could do this as well, actually. XD Nice job!

they all look good to me, try adding more facial features like scars, hair, tattoos, piercing, ect. The more accessories you have the better and orginal look you will achieve. Also eye, nose, and lip shape will play parts too. Its actually the more subile things that make a difference.
