-It loves to brawl with its peers in order to hone its skills. It has a strong sense of family and would constantly train itself to help its colony. Despite its short arms, its tail can pack a powerful punch with its tremendous speed.

- It has a good communal relationship with Lapipod even though both Pokemon have differing personalities. Both Pokemon would often combat each other but every battle would always end in a draw.

Evolution
Turgrub ----->Decaprod (Level 16) -----> Hauleking (Level 32)

Origin
Turgrub is a combination of the words "Turquoise" (a bluish-green gemstone) and "Grub" meaning a soft thick wormlike larva of an insect

Turgub is inspired by the Harlequin Shrimp , which is a species of saltwater shrimp found at coral reefs in the tropical Indian and Pacific oceans. These species are commonly spotted in Philippine seas.
