Origin:
Sherbae is inspired by Philippine ice cream called "Sorbetes" which are made available by moving carts maneuvered by "Sorbeteros". The treat is uniquely sweet with a mixture of coconut milk and "carabao's" (water buffalo) milk. Sherbae's white color is a representation of coconut flavored ice cream.

Sherbae's name is a combination of words "Sherbet" and "Baby".
