I'm kind of expecting a lot in the last film. I did like the tDoS, but was sort of let down about it, which the same sort of happened when I saw The Two Towers. The Fellowship of the Ring and Return of The King were amazing, and I feel like that will happen with the Hobbit franchise. I LOVED The Hobbit, I saw it three times in theaters, and was obsessed. I imagine There and Back Again will have a lot of the same power RotK did. Granted, it will be sad as hell, but I think we're in for some serious epic win.Β

Yeah, I mean....The battles are going to be so intense, so much happening at once and in the same place. At least with RotK it switches between different battles. It's gonna be insane. They do seem to be much interested in Kili's relationship, maybe because he has the "love interest"?Β
I am kind of getting my hopes up about an end scene with Bilbo and Frodo again, maybe before his birthday party, and THEN a flash forward to Frodo and Bilbo leaving for the Undying Lands, and maybe see a glimpse of young Bilbo again with all his dead friends *sobbing*
