It's Highway Chic at her first show! And of course it rained. xD

Story:
"Aww crud. The weather report says it's supposed to rain right during our class." Kaji said to Reijou as they pulled up to the show grounds.
"Chic is just going to looove this." Reijou said sarcastically as she turned the truck into a parking space. Chic was just like her mother: dramatic. Just about anything could cause her to throw a fuss. Kaji and Rei just hoped rain wasn't another one of those things. Lucky for them, Chic had more control over herself then her spaz of a mother, so they weren't overly worried that it would be a show breaker.
As per usual, Kaji and Rei proceeded to unload Chic from the trailer, and then groomed her until she shined. She seemed to be in a good mood as they made their way over to the staging area just outside the arena. They gave her one last good brush down before the announcer invited the halter participants into the arena. Kaji went and found a spot on the fence to lean on as Reijou walked Chic into the arena. As if on cue, the cloudy, grey sky let loose a light flurry of drops. Chic began to whisk her tail in annoyance before stomping her foot and shaking her neck. Reijou had to take a moment to smooth out her ruffled mane before seeing the judge enter the arena. Kaji could see Reijou talking to Chic as she coaxed her into position. Kaji could then hear Chic give a long sigh before collecting herself and squaring up.
This'll be an interesting first show Kaji thought to herself. Let's just hope Chic's attitude holds up.
