"The history of dragons in within the Painting is one of great contention. Far before the birth of Zhong Fu lived the colossal Green-Eyed Mountain King, who was born into the Painting along with the mountain peaks and valleys that lace the spirit realm. The Mountain King was not only the first dragon, but the greatest force the land had ever known. For some time, dragons ruled dominant, but as the age of the lake entered, the dragons' power wilted, like the leaves in the trees, they were inevitably grounded. The Mountain king and his ilk were laid to rest by a dying blossom, and the dragons were nary seen again. Save for one.

Zhong Fu, the vain and brash 'Glass Dragon', who gained his moniker from his glass-like claws, is now the last of the dragons. Zhong Fu claimed himself as the new king of dragons, as there was no one to challenge his position, he now covets the Green-Eyed sword, a blade magically forged from the last remnants of the Mountain King. His immense strength and undeniable grandeur makes him a subject of much contention, as many respect his position of king out of reverence for the ancient beings, others have their doubts the fate of the dragons would fall into the fragile claws of such a brutish fool.

But what can be said to deny him of his well-earned title? After all, he *is* the last of the dragons... Right?"
