that's a very neat picture
but as I was asked to add some art tips
I'd suggest niot to prepare a black lineart, better with it to be in colour of a character we draw, in that case, dark blue, the key is that colour of lines should complementary to coloured area, then it makes a good composition
in exception of that, I'd suggest the tones to be less different from each other, better to add many tones of the same hue and later blend them thank just set a dark blue next the lighter blue
and if the burn tool was used, I'd not suggest to use it, better to try with the colours
