On this day of "Suikafa Divas" i present you a page from the ahom Buronji ..the portrayal of Joimoti's heroic endurance..who put up a valiant fight enduring inhuman torture of Sulikphaa and laid down her life protecting her husband Godapani and hence the motherland from the hands of the cynical boy king..(its a WIP, hopefully will complete it in coming days)

It was more of an act of patriotism, after her death Godapani, her husbandΒ gathered an army and conquered the kingdom that was in the wrong hands..and he succefully defeated the Mughal Empire and stopped them from entering Assam..Β
