2p!England! I am lovin' this 2p AU.
(Though I'm not too happy with this picture..)This took a lot of editing. :l The whole time I was working on it I kept thinking of the Mad Hatter, hahaha. xD I love the yandere-ness!! Arthur is probably pissed someone broke his teacup.
