I painted my nails today, but you can't really see the colours in this picture. Oh well!This is based off of the nervous habit of digging your nails into your skin. I heard of it from the book Ironside by Holly Black. The main character like to dig her nails into her palms when she was scared.

I dunno about this but when I concentrate it feels so much easier to think when I have pressure on my forehead. It doesn't matter if it's a desk, hand or wall it just makes it easier. I don't know why and it wasn't really a long time ago I figured it out.
