It's been a while since I've posted anything.
I used stock images for reference. (my pilot's seat ended up looking more like a pillow XD)
The idea is Drifting off into space and just seeing what there is to see.
I have animated this actually! I actually made this for a song I composed.

The music is the 'commissioned' the artwork is additive. If your interested in what
this is for, it's for a new science fiction universe one of my friends is creating (he's a writer).

Big Edit:
Almost forget to do this
1. Used a motorcycle helmet for reference cause they have visors the helmet was really bulky though so I definitely wanted my sci-fi helmet slimmer kinda like mag's from warframe.
2. The hydrogen clouds were me just looking at different drawings TylerCreatesWorlds is an expert on this and he also has a tutorial pls check him out to get super good like him. www.deviantart.com/tylercreate…
3. Once I had my clouds I warped it to the visor in photoshop, Sai's warp is either lackluster or I am unfamiliar in it and I think the latter.
4. I love Sai's luminosity layers and so definitely touched up on everything w/ sai.
5. Used a "jet pilot seat" for me search engine and just tried to find one w/ a good forward-facing position. I tried to replicate it and made it look like a bed.

-art took me over 5 hours
-animating took me like 30mins most of it was watching tutorials and none of that time counts for rendering.
-animating still image has been a dream of mine ever since league of legends started posting some awesome stuff for their login themes and even the procedure on how they did it for Elementalist lux.

I may not upload often but I'm finally back to the arts. So please expect more!
