~Standby~ Moonshine Wizard “Henshin” *Ink Splash* Tōkyō wa utsukushī hoshizora ni tsutsuma remasu!

In his quest to find the mysterious man, he finds clues to his previous teacher in the arts of magic:
He had gone to a different plane where time flowed differently than on earth, where magic existed everywhere and required no medium through which to channel it. There, his teacher discovered the art of regression and returned his body to a point where his physical state was optimal and that mixing with his new amount of magic made him unstoppable. Now with his new form and power he wishes to bring that plane to life. earth destroying much of it to replace it with pure magic.
It is Kaze's task to stop what was once his master and for this he must obtain more magic than his body can handle and end everything in one last attack, so he must look for a channeler who grants him that amount. of power and luckily there is one that is always looking at it at night: The moon.
