Amidst the chaos, our protagonist Justice, known as Ken Amano, undergoes a daring procedure, receiving superhuman genes in a bid to combat the rampant outbreak ravaging a hospital. Yet, his efforts are swiftly met with failure and defeat.
Undeterred, NiLab initiates the Z protocol, utilizing Ken's body for experimental gene transplants. Limbs are severed, and genes are implanted, leading to grotesque mutations as a consequence.
