part one of the first.. well techinically second commission of Richard's. It's his character Xiaobo Murphy dressed up as a Mithra from FF11. @3o;; I didn't know if I put this in anime or whatever but I'm sure it'll be removed if it's in the wrong spot.I'm uploading it smallish cause.. >> well it's Richard's commission and ... I'm not uploading the ginormous fullsized one. >:0 Heavy-ish face influenced style by PF, well the nose at least cause I suck at noses ;3; sorry boss-lady~.
God, I HATE that right foot. >:0 It gave me such problems arrrr well that leg in particular from the knee down. ::SIGH::

and I think its the shading that is setting it off, and the line above the toes on the foot makes it look upside-down

Her right leg does look a bit odd, but I think the calf and whatnot are fines. It's the toes that confuses me. It doesn't look like she has weight on it, yet the pose suggests that she has it on the ground, just slightly behind. The toes aren't splayed like the other one.
Otherwise, everything else seems great as usual. o O;

If it's not a "this is in the middle of action" shot, the pose looks really really uncomfortable and awkward. the thighs are pointing in one direction, yet the hips seem to be working in the other direction, which generally doesn't happen too much. the sholders and the head just throw the posture more off balance, at least if she's meant to be stationary. Also, how one arm is so bent and the other isn't makes the pose look contrived an not natural, I don't know if she's supposed to be posing or not...
Everything else looks perfect. I'm sorry about always offering stupid attempts at crits, I just figure you get tired of "awww it's soo cute/perfect"

For some reason the Final Fantasy games are considered to be Anime games oo; so either one works really. I also don't see anything wrong with the glasses, it's a nice touch, and that isn't a bad foot so ha!

Not too bad kami, I think this would of gone better in the Fan art section instead of anime, since this is a character design from FF11. Anywho, if anything, you should always have a photo referance or something in case something like that leg begins to kick your artistic ass.
