Description Full view please. This is a 3D rendered animated butterfly. This is not an avatar, although the preview may be utilized as such.

Modeled, animated, and rendered in Maya. Converted to GIF in ImageReady.

Although I did not follow the exact butterfly movement patterns as specified by Shane Dorosh of the University of Calgary, I feel the movement is acceptable.

I see you used it in your icon..why don't you try to use a transparent background? It would look even better.

By the way, can you show me please some of the movements to do in a butterfly flight?

Sorry for the late reply. Thank you for the kind words.

I don't use a transparent background because of anitaliasing problems with the conversion into ImageReady.

I'll email you concerning the movements.
