Very cool! A piece of advice is try to step away from manga style a bit. the weird nose and mouth is really distracting for me. Even good manga artists draw from life before adapting a style.
Also, maybe tone down the saturation at points? If you do that, you'll gain a better balance in your drawing, and the point of focus will become clear. Right now, the focus is rather all over the place: background, green dress, headset...but not on the things that matter.
Even so, I like this piece. Not the best in your gallery, but something I want to use to critique you...so you can get better. I can see you have skill and talent!
