Description Experiencing such a peaceful dream, I was so comfortable and warm. Suddenly, an eerie
shredding noise accompanied by a woman's shrill breath filled the air. "Mother?!" I
shout back into the still night as I leapt from the bed. Swiftly sprinting through
the hall and down the endless stairs, I finally make it to THAT room. The once sealed
room that was never to be touched was now shoved open.

Blood dripping from the stained clothes that were sticking onto my mother's hooked body.
Such a gruesome sight this is. Silently walking up seemed pointless, as my breath could
not steady. It felt as if my head was going to explode and my heart would beat out of my
chest.

So noisy…everything is so noisy. The air flowing through the house, the jagged breathing
of my silent dying mother, and the relatively calm breathing that was coming from an
unnerving presence somewhere in this room!

The hook protruding from this crimson drenched body hanging above my head was sickening.
"Why did this have to happen to her?!" I thought clutching my stomach, watching the agony
in her eyes as she tries to speak. Gurgled breaths only come from her fading soul and
pierced body. Just then an expression of horror arises on her face. Perplexed, I turn
around only to find someone standing before me with sharp demonic eyes and a malevolent
grin on his face.

With trepidation, I bolted out of the room hoping to find my father somewhere. Hope
diminishing as I come across him skewered on a spike, cupping my hand to my mouth, I
cannot keep my footing. Trying to function as accurately as possible with these sights
I have just witnessed, I am becoming less coherent as my hearing fades. Turning around,
I shriek with terror as that fiend draws near. Everything is in slow motion as my
perception fades and intestines show. This crimson liquid of mine now stains the floor.
The last sight I see: his sinful grin at the nefarious crimes he has committed. We
have done no harm and now I am fading to black…
