"Nnn well...What should I say next, I wonder? Are you intending to take Japanese lessons once you go to uni?"
^ Your guess was pretty close. Don't worry, I tend to explain the structure after I make people read Jap stuff, anyway. Otherwise, it's harder to understand the whole sentence/get a better understanding of Japanese. You can also ask me questions about Japanese if you want (my friends who also study Japanese - in different unis though- ask me stuff all the time). Like, for instance, if you want to include a Japanese sentence or something in your fanart, I'll be more than happy to check it/help you. Besides,if I'm unsure myself, I can ask one of my good friends who's Japanese.
If I say "[insert something] hou ga ii", literally it would mean "it's better to/ better for [insert action/noun]". Think of "hou ga ii" as a phrase. What you include before and after it is what determines the overall purpose of the sentence. In this case, I said "[nani wo itta] hou ga ii [kashira]". The [nani wo itta] is the action/verb, meaning "what should I say". Also, there are rules which apply when using verbs before adding "hou ga ii" - it's called the "ta form". You'll learn it in the future if you decide to take Japanese.
Anyway, the "kashira" indicates uncertainty. Also, it is the feminine form of "kana~". So, you have [action] + houga ii + uncertainty = "what should I say, I wonder" and the like. :3
And, you might already know what "toki" (time) means. In this case, I used it as a relative clause. So, "the time when you go to university".
When I said "Nihongo no jugyou", I meant "Japanese lessons". Nihongo = Japanese (as you may already know) and jugyou = lessons. When you have two nouns as this, you have to use the particle "no" to specify what kind of lessons I'm referring to. I.e. "JAPANESE lessons". In most cases, the "no" particle serves like an apostrophe. E.g. "Kanaru-chan no hanbaagaa" meaning "Kanaru-chan's hamburger".
Ukeru = receive. "Tsumori" indicates intention. You usually use to indicate your purposes/goals, or ask others of their goals. The use for it is this:
Action + tsumori + desu/desuka. So like in this case, the action was "taking Japanese lessons" + tsumori + desuka. Regard the "taking Japanese lessons" as a relative clause.
Questions?

If people actually listened to the lyrics, looked at the symbolism, and compared it to the "My Answer" ending, they'd realize this ending (and the other) was focused around SasuSaku!

Hey, it's not your fault how others depict what your pictures mean, am I right?
Apart from that it is truly beautiful.
