"So tell me… Russia. Is there a special reason you are wearing sunglasses right now?" America asked as the Allies walked to the meeting room after their break. "It's like… nine o clock at night dude." He said.

"I think it looks cool, da?" He asked. America slurped a bit more of his soda before answering.

"What makes you think you need to look cooler bro-ha?" he asked. "It's not like, you aren't intimidating already."

Russia gasped. "You think I look scary?!" He panicked. America choked on his beverage.

"Haha, No dude! Totally not! You… you look totally friendly like! Yeah! Who's with me?!" All of the men agreed.

"I agree aru. You look just fine." China said, not wanting to say what he knew and thought. He was scary.

"Oh good, I was worr-!" Suddenly the tall Russian was cut off as he hit something. What ever it was, it had fallen to the ground. "Oh- I am sorry. Are you okay?" he asked.

"Awwww… zhat vas totally unawesome of me!" Prussia groaned as he sat up from the ground. Then he spotted Russia. "Oh jeez… Ja… I'm fine."

"That's good. Tell me Prussia, do you think I'm scary?" Russia asked. His sweet smile had a hint of malice to it as he spoke. Prussia shivered a little.

"Um… vhat do you mean?? Vhy are you asking such a silly question~?" Prussia asked, hiding any amount of fear from the audience.

"I mean what I said." Russia smiled. "All of these guys say I don't."

Prussia glanced at China, who made a cutting motion over his neck. He understood what he meant quite clearly. "Kessesese! Of course not Mein frund! You look like a very… good man!" he said, patting Russia's back nervously, as if his awesome arm would fall off at contact.

"Oh good~!" Russia said. Suddenly his cell phone went off. He frowned and picked it up. "Hello? Oh, Canada. What is it? Ice?" Everyone stared as he listened to the quiet nation. "Da. I can. Why?" The Russian man was suddenly serious. "Well of course. You stay inside and finish your pancakes da? Good." With that he hung up.

"Uhhh… what's going on with my Bro?" America asked nervously.

"He is getting hailed on with grapefruit sized hail." Everyone stared. Grapefruit sized?!?!?!

"Again?! Oh man- I'm coming too!" America said, following Russia to Canada's place.

"And… you're going to help him aru?" China asked. Russia nodded cheerfully as he began to walk away.

"Da~ I owe him for helping me with a … polar bear before… so I will pay him back da?" everyone nodded, unwilling to say anything else due to the aura that surrounded him. As soon as the two were out of sight, everyone began walking back together.

"A polar bear? I never 'eard about zat." France said as he walked. Not paying attention, he bumped into a woman with brown hair. He gave a suggestive wink and was suddenly decked by a man with black hair pulled up at the back of his head.

"che" he said before walking away with the girl. The remaining Allies watched the scene with a mixture of amusement and worry.

"Ohonhonhon… anyway… I neber 'eard about zat." France said, holding a bloody nose. China rolled his eyes at his immaturity.

"Me neither aru. I wonder what happened." He said thoughtfully. "And I wonder if those two are aright aru. Hail like that can be scary aru." He pointed out.

"Oh blease mon ami. 'E is Russia. Zose sunglasses alone woulb scare zem all away~" he said. China nodded slowly in agreement.

"And that wanker America can take care of himself." England said with a huff.

"Confidence in love eh?" France 'ohonhonhoned'. England whipped around and kneed him in the gut.

"You need to watch what you say idiot aru." China said, looking at France, who had a black eye, bruised stomach and another bloody nose. Enlgand had stormed on ahead of everyone, huffing as he walked.

"I know, but eet iz so fun do see zhe reaction, non?" He said. China pulled an epic facepalm. "But I do worry about Canada. "

"But I still wonder… why was Russia wearing those sunglasses? He never has before aru." China sighed.

~~~~~ LE INTERMISSION OF SNOWY AWESOME~! (SHUT UP PRUSSIA~~)

"And that's the last of them." Russia smiled. ^J^ "I think we are done here, da?" he turned to America, who had a huge bag of hail on his back and another under his arm. "He should be able to get out now."

"Yeah~! Cuz the hero finished them off!" he said. Then his face fell. "Dude! What happened to your eye?!" Russia gasped. His glasses must have fallen off! He panicked and tried to cover it, but America had already seen.

Along the brow and lid of his eye, deep teeth marks had been carved into Russia's skin. A deep, black bruise had formed, indicating that it hadn't just happened.

"Ah haha… uhm…"

"Russia! America!" A voice said from behind them. America turned to see his brother forcing his frozen door open. With a great heave, the hockey nation got it open. He ushered the two inside and let them sit by the fire with (maple flavor added) hot chocolate.

"I was wondering why you didn't make it to the meeting Bro-ha. But this is ridiculous." America said. Canada nodded. "But that aside, DUDE! Russia, what happened??" he asked, turning to the black-eyed nation.

Russia looked at Canada and sighed, then looked back to America.

"I had a polar bear knawing on my head." He said. America stared at him with mouth slightly hung open.

"A… polar bear?"

"Yes. He called me to help him." Canada said. "It was pretty bad. That bear apparently thought he tasted as good as a pancake because it took me almost two hours to get it off of him." He said.

"Hockey mode?" America asked. Canada nodded. "Jeez… So that's why you were wearing sunglasses at night???" America checked. Russia nodded.

"Don't tell anyone, da? I don't want anyone to think I'm scary." He said.

Canada and America looked at each other, then, through stifled laughs promised not to say anything.
