well Qilby is an adult eliatrope, so he can do much things but remember, he controls wakfu, not stasis

or yeah eventually in island of Wakfu, can't really remember this part for I haven't been able to finish the game
however this eliatrope is just a random drawing, no story behind it x) he's just using stasis instead of wakfu god knows why, maybe because he was born with so much hatred that his wakfu source became stasis

ces mains X.x,nan mais le line est parfait (t'aurais peut être dû fermer le line au niveau du menton mais bon X),mais dit moi, il aurait pas des griffes lui aussi ? XD
