Not bad, I like the style of the face. The nose isn't bad either--you suggest it well without getting too detailed.
I know this is old so my advice may not be relevant any more, but I'd suggest treating different parts of the drawing differently. For example, the area where the hair meets her sweater is hard to tell apart. Find ways to depict different surfaces with different marks.
