For me it feels like a must to use mixed medias on a piece. Your skill lvl on hair surpasses mine, so I can't tell that you loose patience on it. You mastered the Dorian do haha.

Well, I need to buy some white acrylic because there's suppose be be white glow by the kunai things, and at the beginning I thought I'd use white pastel but it doesn't work with the baby oil x( a duh moment... Plus some touch ups with his hair. I HATE shading hair. Hate it x(

Yeah I lose patience with hair :/ And backgrounds
I  never think to mix up media (eg pastel/paint etc) but it always looks cool when people do!
