Non mi aspettavo il suo bankai così presto (ancora 2-3 capitoli pensavo) ma ben venga.

My guess is that this Bankai is a very focused one, bringing his power into a point. His Shikai appears to be what I like to call a relentless-blast-type of immense power. His Bankai causes all his spread out flames to vanish and concentrate on his sword.
I could easily be wrong though. He might just have pure god-mod-level powers in Bankai which allow him to obliterate anything.
The battle will still be interesting though - I have no doubt that Bach has powers close to that of Yamamoto, considering that Yamamoto feels the need to release his Bankai against him - which means that he sees Bach as a large threat to be handled seriously.
Also, now that Yama has released his Bankai, you can count that Kyoraku, Ukitake, and Unohana will follow suit soon - they tend to mimic their master's level of seriousness in battle. If yama goes all out - so will they. If we're lucky, we'll even get to see Urahara's and perhaps even Yoruichi's zanpakuto will eventually be revealed.

but judging by Juha's surprised expression, a 1000 years ago, he didn't see Yama's bankai
but it still bakes the question. quincies are humans with special spiritual capabilities
how did someone like Juha survive this long?

yeah, thoughts of him being a hybrid have surfaced by me as well
but yeah, these quincies do use reishi for more than just shooting their heilig pfeil
they also use it in their blood vene to make a strong defense
and in their blut altarea for attack
who knows, he may be able to use his reishi and blut to extend his life
guess we'll find out later if he's more than just a quincy

Time ago Ishida said that Quincy can use only arrows....but i saw Hitsugaya's opponent with a...ninja weapon I thought XD and now the Quincy's boss has a sword...damn Kubo XD
