have you actually been tested by a psychiatrist?
i went through like 2 months of testing by a psychiatrist and i have ADHD inattentive type. ADD stands for attention deficit disorder, ADHD is attention deficit hyperactivity disorder. but because mine is inattentive type, it means im not necessarily hyper, i just cant focus on anything. It means mostly that i have extreme test anxiety and can't take tests without breaking down or having some kind of panic attack, i have a lot of trouble focusing, get depressed, and zone out a lot because my brain pretty much cant be bored

oh ok. just sometimes when people say they have ADHD or depression or autism or something just because they kinda get sad sometimes or get bored in class, but havn't even been tested or anything, it irks me a bit.
but yeah! it's not as intense as autism. it's more just with focusing and getting distracted.

haha yeah thats fine. no worries.
is OCD hereditary? im not quite sure. i know my mom definitely has ADD too, but my sister is going to law school and my grandpa was a nuclear physicist. so idk really with these kind of things
