I don't see any anatomy problems, the proportions are good and the clothing folds look believeable, but the cigarette is even with his upper lip; it doesn't quite look like it's in his mouth.

....vaya, un clásico boceteado, de esos que ya nadie casi pone actualmente, jajaja... en lo personal se ve bastante bien... si acaso te preguntaría si el cigarro está así de inclinado, como que se me hace que está muy caído (sorry, no fumo así que desconozco cómo se puede fijar un cigarro en la boca XD)
