Description I was tagged by =Celestial-Heaven because I saw her draw, and now YOU ARE TAGGED TOO!

RULES

Yeah this is what I'm wearing now. And yes, I have glasses! but only for the computer or to draw >< nya
And of course my mp3 is always with me

It's only a quick draw, I don't color it because I'm not in the mood to color.

Open Canvas. Guess not. I'm just curious about how did you make this effect with the lines, like they smoothly change color and it looks like glow. I've seen it before and wish to learn that.
