If you're looking for new kinds of aquatic spinosaurid ideas, what about one that fills a roll similar to a walrus? Or how about a transitional form (assuming spino isn't already a transitional form... hahaha)?

How about a smaller one suited for freshwater environments, or maybe a gigantic variety with larger, more developed flippers, a smaller sail, and a pliosaur-like head?

Like how you continued the evolutionary line to make an aquatic spino. I like the other one too.

You could make the crest on the head an angler fish lure. You could give the spine a row of bioluminescent spots. The "feet" could be made into giant fins.
