Abilities: brute strength, climbing, sonic roar, sonic shockwave.
time ago, first of the alien attacking, a NASA experiment was done: sending in space a humile chimp, to see the horrible effects of solar radiations...but during the experiments a UFO crashed against the spaceship, and the radioactive fuel flood into it and submerging the monkey...who was mutated and transformed into a giant raging ape, hungry for total destruction and revenge against the humans who wanted to kill horribly him for a stupid experiment.
Congar's opponent is Togera, the raging mutant reptilian, because they honorably fight for the throne of power: who is the most powerful on this world?

I like it, but it's a little bland. But than again, you can't really alter a giant ape that much, and I love the lack of hair, it's very iconic of Congar and makes him more distinguishable from King Kong.
