I'm not into Harry Potter fandom at all. I've only seen the movies (and enjoyed of them a lot!) but this piece got my attention. The more I stared at it the more I liked it (Snape, omg!) so finally I had no other choice but to fave this awesome artwork. Beautiful, and it captures the feeling of that quote so well.

Hey, I love this picture. I found it by chance and I'm very happy about it. But at first I thought it was Snape with Lilly befor I read your comment. Then I was shocked. It's sooo suitable for their relationship altough she's dead.
Why you don't draw Snape and Lilly?
I can't imagine Snape with Hermione, maybe because I didn't read the FF.

one of my favorites; not only shows, y'know, that snape is amazingly hot without being out of character, but it (at least for me it does) communicates a sort of sense of protection, maybe its their position or where they are- it's just nice.

It totally was! I loved the character emotions and relationships. I totally died over the Harry/Draco breaking-up-and-acting-like-retards and refusing to accept that they love each other thing. But yeah...it was so good. It made me late to work the morning after I started reading it. And late to bed on a number of nights in a row. Very late.
