Of course, like 90% of the humanity (i think), I have arachnophobia. I got chills when I did this pic !
I hope to make a color version in 2011, and maybe a t-shirt !
It will be cool to see the faces of people around me in the subway ^0^

You did a great job with her upper body - everything about it fits very well with the title.Β From the way she holds her hand out, keeping her stuffed toy close, and especially her facial expression, I can tell she's in some distress, and needs to be comforted.Β I can't say how much I love how expressive her face is... almost like she could start crying at any second...
That all conflicts with her lower body though.Β With two skulls laying underneath her, and that... "mouth" - giving her a hug might perhaps be dangerous.Β All the more if the lower half IS the actually entity, and the girl is merely a part of it designed to look like a human girl to lure prey to it.Β That's certainly a scary thought.Β Or perhaps... she used to be normal, but then her lower half got transformed into... that... and part of her fear emanates from that.

I'm not good at it...
well I used simliar creatures for a story.there not really evil..just...spiders.Big spiders.
I will have to over do the design, so it won't look to much like yours.I wouldn't want to make it look like a copy at all.
