And about the work. Well... Work hard and have patience.
Drawing is like sport. You can't have muscles tomorow. You have to work hard, take a look to others, perhaps try several different styles (cartoon, realism, manga, US comics, and so on). You're "only" 15, but it's young, you have the time. We "drawing people" we want all right now. But it's not like that. Just take your time to make a picture. Don't ask yourself about the style, just ask to yourself : "I want to make it right". And the style will come.
