Description The beginnings of a legend.

Rookie!Snake is so adorable. The world needs more pre-MGS art 8D I have no idea what Snake's sneaking outfit was in this game; pixils are sort of hard to distinguish. So mostly I just interpreted and adapted to the Pliskin!Snake marine garmet.

I hate my art so much. It changes every week T__T;; Ah well, I think I'm sticking with this style for a while. It's easy and fun to do XD;; So much easier to CG!

Drawn while waiting for classmates to get over here to do our "Genetics Independant Study" project thingy. Immedietely what popped into my mind was Liquid's rant about genes and superiority and super-baby method or whatnot of how he and Snake were created XD So naturally, I claimed cloning! I'm so simple minded lawl...

EDIT: HEY HEY did anyone know Snake smokes the Lucky Strikes brand? Hehe XD I'm such a hopeless fan. <3

This is Snake from the original Metal Gear, sold in 1987. He smoked the Lucky Strikes brand then, a reflection of the times. You can tell by the pixel art in the game.

Perhaps the brand he smokes in MGS4 is called "The Boss". But this isn't MGS4 ^__^;;;;

LOL! XD Snake's so cute all the time, I adore him <3 I find the original MG and MG2 to be the most hilariously brilliant games of all time. Haha, Snake's traumatized face pic throughout the entirety of the game made me laugh so hard! xD

I believe Snake is in his early twenties; he was born in 1972 and the first Metal Gear game takes place in 1995...so he's 23 he's over thirty in Metal Gear Solid; its set in something like 2009?? I'm not sure...

As far as I know the official art of MG2 sucks (Snake doesn't even look like Snake there).

MGS takes place in 2005, so Snake's 33. Screw his age, I'd marry him right now if I could XD

We're doing cloning, apparently x3 The teacher put up a bunch of diseases but I personally asked her if we could do cloning instead...she loves me, so she said yes XD

she used to love me... now she hates me beacause of my stupid science project group... i mean i did the intro AND exprimental desgin AND the first trial of our expiriment and the one thing i didn't do- my freaking group blamed it on me and reprived me for NOT doing it! and im not even the captain!?!!! im gonna die- its just to much i feel im gonna explode...

They never said it out loud blatantly, but me, being the hopeless fan I am, noticed the design of the cigarettes at the beginning of the game (they show some screens of a knife, cigarettes and a bullet at some point in the introduction) and looked it up on the net XD if you look closely at Snake's inventory, you can notice that the design is that of the Lucky Strikes...thus...yeah XD -shot-
