JMN-011: Plague ManThe Fusion Masters were robot masters that actually had their IC chips scrapped and destroyed as a result of the expiration law, however, Justice Man stole the bodies of the Masters before they could be scrapped, hoping that they could aid his cause even after death. However, these robotic husks could only be reactivated with the proper combination of compatible energies, effectively substituting the IC chip.
Plague Man led a miserable existence before his eventual demise. Designed to travel the world and filter waste water with his mouth, he at least took solace in knowing that he provided an essential service for humanity. However, once clean water became more of an accessible resource, Plague Man was transferred to a waste treatment facility where his contributions were largely made redundant by bigger, less intelligent machines. Forgotten about and mostly useless, Plague Man pressed forward with his duties, even when the severely toxic waste began corroding his joints. As time went on, he began to resent his creators and the humans responsible for the constant influx of waste. Workers often swore they heard him muttering "disgusting creatures" when they walked nearby him. Eventually, he begged to be scrapped.

I heard that goldwater 's initial idea with the Fusion Masters was going to be them representing the Four Horsemen of The Apocalypse, with Plague Man being like Pestilence, War Man being War, and Death Man being, well, Death. Though he nixed the idea since he couldn't figure out a good candidate for Famine, and because he thought Death Man would be better as the one faced after the first four Fusion Masters are beaten. Plague Man and War Man though are sorta left over from that idea.

Wow, I figured that Plague's backstory would be unpleasant, but that's downright tragic. Really fits his incredibly somber theme though.

Aww... poor guy! Can't help but sympathize with such a mistreated soul. Anyway, when I saw the name... I hoped he was wearing a plague mask, but I guess that doesn't really fit his actual theme.

Well, His name is accurate considering his sickly state. But yeah, a Plague Doctor's mask would be the most obvious choice for a RM based on the Plague.

Yeah... his theme is "water" and "sickness", but I think it leans more towards water, so I feel like this look suits him better than a plague mask. I mean... he's sickly, what kind of doctor is that?
