Picking up an aged photograph from a street puddle..
Being struck by memories that have been intentionally buried.. Once again having to choose whether to forget or to remember...

i was kind of down last night so i drew this, which somewhat expressed how i feel. i try to forget things, but they keep coming back to me through others. sometimes i wonder whether they're trying to help me or hurt me.
anyway, it's a girl in the rain, in the street, picking up a ruined aged photo from a puddle. i'm rather pleased with how the BG and lighting turned out. oh yah, i didn't feel like drawing her shoes. so sue me. e_e

Yes, the full-view is a million times better (as is usually is). I love this pic. The shading on her clothing is amazing and i'm in love with her hair. the only thing that bothers me is her left hand; it doesn't look like it's coming out of her sleeve.
