Nice. But It looks like you've made her neck longer than on the photo. I would add a bit of shoulders or cut this a little. I like it anyway.

If it wasn't for the texture of the face i would have said it was real at first glance, but the signs are very faint and can hardly be noticed unless you know what you are looking for in the skin.

You recreated the photo quite well! The hair line and lips perhaps are the only parts that clearly give off that this is not a photography. Great job!
