yay a Battletech Clan Maurader IIC. good to know there are other mech warrior fans out there apart from me. You should have downloaded a different scene though. This free one doesn't have the right feel to it. Also you need to improve the AA as well.... lots of jaggy lines. Futhermore you need to change your shadows so they have a gradual softness applied to them, though the name differs depending on what software you use.

FYI its a Macross Glaug battlepod. Battletech ripped 99% of its mech designs from established manga.

Also, "The Backstreets" by Stonemason is not free, rather $34.95 (USD) at DAZ3D. After checking your profile its easy to see why you thought of it as a marauder, you weren't born when Battletech (formerly Battledroids) was released.

I knew it first as an innersphere mech from battle tech, then learnt of its macross connections. Either way its one of my fav mech designs.

wish they would release macross on region 2 dvd

my bad. i don't read much manga so i wouldn't know. It's kinda funny, now that you mention it, i think i have seen their designs (or very similar ones) here and there though without the associated Battletech logos on em... hmmmm. As for the backstreets, i thought it was free.. i guess that means seems some ppl i know are basically stealing their content.

pretty much, except the Zentraedi are humanoid with one notable exception, they are 50 feet tall.
