Wow, you sure make these quickly. How long does it usually take to make a single pony? Do you have to wait long for the embroidery (or whatever the heck you use for the eyes and cutie marks) to finish if you are using a machine?

I have actually been working on all these ponies for the past 4-5 weeks nonstop. Literally. I only took breaks to eat, sleep, do homework and take care of my kids. I totally over did it and killed my fingers in the process X3... so I don't think I'll do that again for a while...
When it comes to the time range to complete one pony, it depends on the pony and if they have accessories or not. The Flitter I made was the quickest one for me to make but since I worked on all the ponies at once I can't really say how much time I put into just one of them. It was more then 18 hours though. D=
I use a machine for embroidery and I have two embroidery machines. My other one broke down last month so I had to send it in to get fixed. Since I had commissions to do I was forced to order another one during the wait. So embroidery for a set of pony eyes takes about... 2-4 hours for me... because my machines like to troll me. (the thread messes up, the needles like to skip and that ruins the design forcing me to start over >.> I do not know why they do this to me!)

In the beginning it didn't really pay off, but I kept on because it was fun and I am totally bored with nothing else to do. Seriously. I have NOTHING to do around here. I'm a stay at home mom who doesn't get out much if not at all... and I am bored to tears. The only thing to do is sew and seeing the results of a plush and people happy comments makes me happy. Howeverrrrr there are times where I just... don't want to sew at all. Like right now for example. I think that's because I over did it this month. :l

I saw your Fluttershy plushie. The eyes were impressive, and that tail! Wow, up close, the curl and neat outline of it obviously showed talent. The fur and mane/tail was extremely soft. But what I didn't notice was the voice box. My friend did not mention to me about that. I also have a few other friends who had bought a Twilight Sparkle with socks, and an Octavia, although I am not sure if they were made by your hands...

What is your next plan? Do you change your style a few times, or do you use the same outlines every time?

I change styles when I see something that needs to be improved in the pattern. It's just me trying to make it as show accurate as possible. I actually brought the chest in a bit on the newer ponies, and modified the head.

You're correct on modifying the chest a bit, I think the head is great too.
I don't see any other accidental mistakes on your plushies right now, so they look absolutely perfect!
It's good to change styles up a bit, though. You never know what they outcome may be!
