Painted this last week. I've been researching mythology and folklore of different cultures during my not so eventful evenings at Tampere city. Somehow I ended up on the internet searching for the full version of this one particular Russian fairytale about the prince, the shapeshifting gray wolf, the firebird, brutal violence and love ofcourse. I was very fond of the characters and the plot. I thought it was hmm... juicy? D
