Very nice work. For me the Carrera GT is one of the most beautiful Porsche ever built. This car also inspired me for a painting in Adobe Illustrator (2-D, using no mesh/no grid for gradients) from another interesting angle. See here: exotic-legends.deviantart.com/…

Gorgeous! Did you learn how to do this anyplace, or did you just figure it out by yourself? I have PS6 and I want to learn how to use the pen tool to do some vectoring or vexelling.

just take the picture you want and divide it by materials and zones, and then go zone by zone, trying to imitate(if you want more realistic) or simplify(if you want more cartoonish) each zone. Don't forget the big fat black line around the car. Adds a lot. And I think (my opinion) that a pure 255 255 255 black as shadow emphasizes the car, but thats up to you!
