About a year ago I started making wedding cakes for friends. I had to make my own wedding cake before because our baker actually died about 2 weeks before the wedding (strange and sad). This one used real flowers, but in the last cake I made the flowers out of Fondant. The bride chose Tiffany blue for the ribbon, and while I think pink may have worked better, I still like it.Related content

I'm a passionate culinarian, but I have never mastered the cake/dessert/presentation skills, always impressed to see someone who can do it well.
