Description These, children, are woods
That are dark and deep and one
Cannot see through them

Thick woods, my home town

No thin thicket between homes

But woods worth wand'ring

They call to me still
In my city existence

Deep in my dream life

No one manages
These trees, but the birds, deer and
Wildlife, I love them

Thanks, my school bus drove past these woods every day in elementary school - I grew up where trees were more numerous than humans! I sometimes see people post little groves of trees here on dA, and label them with the Robert Frost poem, "The woods are lovely dark and deep" when the photo is of a thin stand of trees, so I felt it could do with a rebuttal!
