Description Pretty cool, huh? Origami made with fabric, I've folded a wallet and a makeup paintbrush case. Again, no sewing, just folding!!!

thank you! yeah, I starched it beforehand, and even though it's not necessary, I apply some glue if I give them as a gift, just in case

That's pretty cool. I'm trying to make cranes out of fabric which is sort of working after I starch the fabric first.

sweet, what are u using to starch?

I found a bottle of spray starch at a local hardware store. I searched all of the big stores here and they didn't have any, only the small individually owned store had some.

They're really cute! Where did you buy the felt? It's really pretty ^^

KarenKaren In reply to AzureFalls [2010-05-29 13:50:14 +0000 UTC]

Actually, it's not felt, it's a 100% cotton fabric. I bought in a regular fabric store

How?!

👍: 0 ⏩: 1

KarenKaren In reply to lucylucy-art [2010-05-09 23:18:30 +0000 UTC]

well, you gotta make the fabric hard using starch, glue or whatever it works depending on the process, the resat is basic origami
