lool I should practice drawing forests more. Oh, this doodle was originally based on a scrapped commission draft lol.With that aside, here's a quick fanart of the girl (or better known as Idoko) from a song called ”Sei to Shi wo wakatsu Kyoukai no Furuido / The Old Well at the Border that separates Life and Death” by Sound Horizon. The song is from their 7th album called Märchen.

Indeed, the crosses in the background adds a eerie and/or creepiness to the piece. Sound Horizon's album Märchen uses crosses as prominent symbols in various ways. It's most notable in the artwork and characters, but some of the story music employ them as well.

I got to admit, the combination of blonde hair + a fringe styled similarly to Rin's + headband/ribbon of a particular design at first led me to think of Rin Kagamine as well.
